ELIZABETH B. CHAUVOT
PHYSICAL THERAPIST
HYPNOTHERAPY CLINICAL SPECIALIST

April 2, 2000

To Whom It May Concern:

I am a licensed physical therapist specializing in pediatric rehabilitation and gross motor skill development. I work in both a school setting and an outpatient clinic setting. I have used Pam Blanchard and the Sunny-Side Up Band's music multiple times during my sessions in order to encourage rhythmical, coordinated movement from my clients.

I have found Pam's music to be entertaining, creative, and magically able to elicit responses from children with severe movement disorders. Her imaginative lyrics and melodies appear to entice even the most inhibited child to use whatever abilities are available in order to sing along and/or move with the music.

As a parent, 1 was able to observe my 3-year old son's response to her music. He participated in a music class out of Pam's home. I was very impressed with the content of her sessions, which incorporated multi-sensory experiences to allow the children to explore music and their own creativity.

Pam has a gift and willingly shares it with as many children and adults as she can touch. It would be a great benefit to the community if she were able to receive enough support to expand her program into the public school system so more children with special needs could benefit from her talent.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth B. Chauvot, PT, HPCS
